How to Make a Classic Açaí Bowl
Açaí bowls are not only delicious, but also nutritious. Filled with powerful plant compounds, they are widely touted for their immune-boosting effects and refreshing taste.
Ingredients
1 packet (100g) of açaí blend
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup non-dairy milk or yogurt
fresh berries / bananas + granola / coconut
honey / agave (optional)
Procedure:
Blend the açaí packet, frozen banana, and non-dairy milk or yogurt together until smooth.
Pour into a bowl. Top with berries, banana, granola, or any topping of your choosing.
