Hannah Chew is the 2019-2021 Digital Media Co-Director of Total Wellness. She joined Total Wellness in 2018 as part of our first Digital Media Team cohort.
She loves integrating new wellness tips into her life and motivating others to do the same through creative platforms, such as videography and photography. You can find Hannah trying the newest workout trend, planning her next trip to Disneyland, and learning how to play the ukulele!
From artisanal cashew cheese and cauliflower puffs, to electrolyte-filled coconut water and dairy-free yogurt, last week’s Well & Tasty: A Total Foodie Fair was the grand finale of our Plants + People celebrations. In honor of the recent launch of our print magazine–a special issue dedicated to all things plants–Total Wellness collaborated with Veg Bruins to host UCLA’s first ever vegan food market.
For me, mindfulness about food is always at the top of my New Year’s resolutions. At the beginning of the year, I thus told myself that I would eat healthier by going out to eat less frequently and enjoying more of my meals at BPlate. But I have also recently realized that going out to eat and eating healthier are not always mutually exclusive.
